We have a diverse and talented team of employees who come to us from many kinds of backgrounds.  We have an immediate need for a talented, experienced Revenue Accountant for our new Downtown Chicago office that will report to our Controller.

Overview offers a great opportunity for personal growth and a challenging and exciting work environment.  We’re looking for a detail-oriented, personable team player to assist our Finance Department. 


  • Daily reconciliation of the eCommerce and online revenue from merchant credit cards
  • Process customer credit card payments
  • Weekly eCommerce reconciliation for florist payments
  • Ensure all payments are posted to the correct customer accounts
  • Monthly preparation of the advertising revenue to be uploaded to accounting software
  • Monthly preparation of funeral home revenue
  • Assist in preparation of the customers’ quarterly revenue share payments
  • Make adjustments to customer accounts for international revenue share
  • Follow up with customers on aging accounts
  • Other duties as assigned.



  • 3+ years of accounting experience
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Strong Accounting/Bookkeeping background
  • Familiarity with Great Plains accounting software a plus
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and Word skills
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Accurate, with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as a member of a team
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize projects effectively
  • Very high degree of integrity, honesty, and discretion.
