We have a diverse and talented team of employees who come to us from many kinds of backgrounds.  We have an immediate need for a talented, experienced Project Manager for our new Downtown Chicago office that will report to our VP of Product.

The Project Manager will manage our key client facing projects. Project management responsibilities include the coordination and completion of project work on time. This person will oversee all aspects of projects such as set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize progress of projects. They will also prepare reports for upper management regarding status of projects. 

The successful candidate will work directly with the project teams to ensure deliverables are moving at an appropriate pace and do not fall off track. They will coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible. This role will be the point person for the launch process and act as a liaison between various stakeholders. 


  • Facilitate implementation of a key company initiatives 
  • Work with the team to improve the workflow process and identify areas for improvement 
  • Create and maintain project documentation and status reports 
  • Track projects performance 
  • Ensure that cross-team development tickets are being completed efficiently 
  • Identify and communicate about blockers 


  • 1-3 years of related project management experience 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task 
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to create structure and efficiency 
  • Strong ability to manage projects and meet deadlines 
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, JIRA, and Salesforce is ideal
